Phenomainon
Reels

Witnessed. Reconstructed. Cinematic.

Every reel is built from a single sourced case file. No names, no embellishments — what was reported, rendered.

Why this exists

For seventy years the unidentified has been a story told by governments to themselves, in fragments, behind clearances. We collected the fragments. We cleaned them. We connected them.

Phenomainon is a 252,000-event record assembled from declassified archives, witness testimony, and current government releases — stitched together as cinema, mapped as data, and opened to researchers, journalists, and anyone willing to look.
