Witness observed a large, smooth, metallic, cigar-shaped object emerge from a cloud overhead. The cloud had a glow inside it initially. The object appeared as a huge curved 3D shape, homogenous and smooth with no visible portholes, windows, wheels, legs, or joins. It was described as bluish silver gray in color. The object was silent and moving very slowly, at the same speed as the clouds, traveling east to west. The witness called to friends but the object did not reappear. Duration was approximately 10 seconds.
