Witness observed a single black triangular craft overhead at approximately 50-60 feet above him, skimming rooftops at 100-200 ft altitude, moving westward at approximately 8 mph (bicycle speed). The object had three lights, one on each corner, resembling stars. No sound was detected. The witness reported the event to the Ministry of Defense the following day (April 11) and informed approximately 20 people. Seventeen days after the sighting, British newspapers carried stories about the event.
