Witness reports observing a single triangular, see-through craft with 2 large round lights on the bottom passing directly overhead at very low altitude (2nd-3rd floor level) moving west at 2-5 kmh. Witness experienced missing time/memory loss — recalling nothing from the moment he was surrounded by white light to the moment he saw the craft above nearby rooftops gaining altitude. The craft's lights turned off and it disappeared into the night sky. Witness later reported a dream of a needle-like object inserted into his right testicle, and upon waking found a small puncture-type sore on his right testicle. Witness describes being frozen in place during the encounter, though able to move his head to track the object.
