Witness David Strait and Darren Rome observed a single black triangular craft with lights in its three corners hovering overhead at approximately 100+ feet altitude. The lights flashed signals and appeared to dance around. The two witnesses followed the craft on foot, walking north while the craft floated directly above them. Both witnesses were laughing and feeling elated during the encounter. The craft eventually appeared to take off to the east, though the witness reports the memory of this is fuzzy. Neither witness ever discussed the event with each other afterward. The witness reported feeling drained and drugged but comfortable after the encounter, and experienced fuzzy memory/time loss. The experience remained extremely vivid yet surreal to the witness decades later.
