The object emitted a wind-moving-over-craft sound, had 2 sets of 3 lights in front and 1 dim red light in the center underneath, with no lights in the rear. Shape and color were unknown. Mother and step-father witnessed the event from a different location. Location is within 100 miles of an Air Force Base and on a common air path for jets, commercial planes, and helicopters, but the UFO did not portray signs of military aircraft.
